Actors Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi have flown to Italy to commemorate their love with a beautiful destination wedding. The pre-wedding festivities have already started in Borgo San Felice Resort in Siena. The guests were welcomed in with a cocktail party on the evening of October 30. Now, as the wedding date comes closer, the days will be divided into the traditional festive flavour.
The cocktail was a black tie event attended by Varun’s actor-cousins Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and Sai Dharam Tej with their respective families. The pictures from the bash show the cousins posing stylishly for the camera. While everyone else was dressed in a mix of black and white outfits, Varun and Lavanya looked stunning completely white outfits designed by celebrity designer Manish Malhotra.

On October 31, the haldi ceremony will take place in the morning. The guests have been requested to wear clothes in the shade of yellow, white and pink. The auspicious ceremony will be followed by a pool party. On the wedding day, i.e November 1, the mahurat for the wedding is 2.48 pm. The wedding will have shades of pastels as its colour theme.

Post the wedding, a reception will take place in late evening, which has been themed as glitz and glamour. The guest list has around 120 people including Varun and Lavanya’s relatives and friends. The guest list also includes superstar Pawan Kalyan and Chiranjeevi.

Varun and Lavanya dated for several years before making their relationship public. The couple got engaged in June, in an intimate ceremony in Hyderabad, which was attended by their family and close friends.
