A disruption in services of Dreamfolks led to passengers nationwide facing issues in accessing airport lounges across airports. In a statement, Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL), a subsidiary of the Adani Group, announced confirmed that it is “actively working” with banks to ensure swift resumption of these services, which were yet to be restored. The company manages seven airports across India, including those in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mangaluru.”Passengers at airports across India have been experiencing disruptions in lounge access. This is due to the unexpected suspension of services by Dreamfolks Services Ltd, a lounge access provider partnered with several banks, in violation of its service agreements with the affected airports,” the statement explained.
AAHL noted that despite their ongoing efforts, “services through Dreamfolks have not yet been restored.” As a temporary solution, the statement mentioned that lounges at Adani-operated airports are currently accepting all major debit and credit cards from other access providers.
