Multi-brand luxury Indian fashion retailer Pernia‘s Pop-Up Shop will showcase a selection of bridal wear for the upcoming autumn wedding season at its ‘Wedding Trunk’ exhibition in New Delhi. The business to customer event will run from September 22 to 23 and is designed to link shoppers and premium brands.
“Delhi, we have some exciting news to share! Get ready for Pernia’s Pop-Up Show: The Wedding Trunk, all set to take place at our store in Mehrauli,” announced Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop on Facebook on September 14. “Dive into the finest in Indian couture tailored for modern celebrations. Get ready to shop your hearts out at one of the leading couture exhibits in the country!” Located opposite Qutub Minar, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop’s Mehrauli store houses a wide range of its brands with a dedicated segment for bridal wear as well as footwear, jewellery, and accessories, according to its website. The business also retails from a number of brick-and-mortar boutiques across Indian metros as well as in London, UK and on its e-commerce platform.
Pernia Qureshi launched Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop to showcase Indian fashion brands online. In 2019, the business was acquired by Purple Style Labs Private Limited. The business focuses on womenswear but has forayed into the premium menswear market and opened its first brick-and-mortar store dedicated to menswear last year.
