Indore has tons of culinary experiences to offer and one of its most famous street food is Garadu Chaat. Packed with flavours, each bite of this lip-smacking snack bursts into a heavenly aroma in our mouths. This crispy dish is prepared with yam and served with desi masala.

Garadu (Yam) is peeled, boiled and diced in small chunks and fried. Before serving, the pieces are fried once again which makes them crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. Seasoned with jiralu masala and lemon juice before serving. pic.twitter.com/W0UFXmgHsC
