The 29-year-old has taken on a role in his father’s business Reliance Industries and accumulated his own wealth.
He attended Brown University, Rhode Island and returned to India to oversee the family company’s energy business.

Anant is the son of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani.
Mr Ambani’s net worth is estimated to be an eye-popping $115billion (£90billion).
He is the richest person in Asia, 11th richest in the world and reportedly holds close ties with key government figures, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
His father Dhirubhai founded Reliance in 1958 with humble beginnings, and later pulled Mukesh out of studying at Stanford to come home and help run the business.
Reliance is now a booming conglomerate with business spanning oil, telecoms, chemicals, technology, fashion and food.

Anant is marrying Radhika Merchant, 29, who comes from a wealthy Indian family herself.
Her parents Viren and Shaila Merchent are big-time pharmaceutical players in India running Encore Health.
After high school, Radhika moved to New York to study political science.
But she returned to India to join Encore’s board of directors.
Initial evidence of Anant’s romance with Radhika was captured in 2018, with an Instagram snap showing the pair dressed in robes gazing into each other’s eyes.

Anant is marrying Radhika today – Friday June 12 – in what is set be a mega Mumbai wedding.
Their pre-wedding parties showed just how big a deal this couple really is – with Bollywood stars, American tech billionaires Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates, famous cricket faces and Rihanna all attending.
According to Bloomberg, the wedding guest list also includes: Boris Johnson, Tony Hilary Clinton, Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Mike Tyson.
Adding further weight to the invitee list are Samsung Electronics chief Jay Lee, Saudi Aramco’s Amin Nasser, Lockheed Martin’s Jim Taiclet, FIFA boss Gianni Infantino and Gautam Adani, Asia’s second-richest man.
