Stars came together in Mumbai for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding on Friday, 12 July. Indian cricket’s royalty was also present in the scene attending the functions of the couple who are getting married. The very cream of Indian cricket, including the likes of Gautam Gambhir and MS Dhoni were present for the functions and had an incredible amount of fun on Friday.

Indian cricketers living in Mumbai made sure that they did not miss the functions and they travelled to the venue with their families. Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav and Ajinkya Rahane were among the few that attended the wedding.

India all-rounder Hardik Pandya who captains MI, a team owned by the Ambanis showed up with his brother Krunal, his sister in law and MI teammate Ishan Kishan. Newly appointed India head coach Gautam Gambhir also travelled to the venue right ahead of his takeover of the Indian team in the Sri Lanka series

Amongst the notable players that were not seen at the functions were India captain Rohit Sharma who attended Wimbledon 2024’s men’s singles semi-final clashes and Virat Kohli, who has been out of the country since the T20 World Cup celebrations in Mumbai.
