Nagarjuna took to X and shared a long note welcoming Sobhita to the family. He wrote, “Watching Sobhita and Chay begin this beautiful chapter together has been a special and emotional moment for me. ?? Congratulations to my beloved Chay, and welcome to the family dear Sobhita—you’ve already brought so much happiness into our lives. ? This celebration holds even deeper meaning as it unfolds under the blessings of ANR garu’s statue, installed to mark his centenary year. After sharing the unseen photos of Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya from their dating days on his talk show, The Rana Daggubati Show, the actor was spotted attending the couple’s wedding at Annapurna Studio in Hyderabad.

A new photo of the couple sitting together at their wedding mandap has surfaced online. In the photo, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala can be seen taking the blessings of their friends and family post wedding. 

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala, who are now married, were secretive about their relationship despite being spotted together at various occasions. However, Sobhita’s sister Samanta Dhulipala revealed the couple was dating since 2022. Sharing their engagement photos, Samanta wrote, “To forever. 2022 to infinity.” Naga Chaitanya was previously married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The couple announced their separation in 2021, four years after their marriage in 2017.

In a new photo, gorgeous bride, Sobhita Dhulipala can be seen performing her wedding rituals with her parents and sister Samanta Dhulipala. The actress can be seen smiling and looking away from the camera, while her parents can be seen busy performing rituals. The actress opted for a grand golden kanjivaram saree and traditional gold jewellery paired with white stones.

After dating each other for almost two years, Sobhita and Chaitanya got married in the presence of family and friends at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad, on Wednesday. The couple’s first wedding photos are out on social media and they look regal in them. Sobhita is dressed in a golden saree and Chay is dressed in a traditional pancha paired with a kurta.

Photos of father-son duo Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi arriving at the venue in their respective cars has surfaced online. They are among the 400 guests that are invited to the traditional wedding ceremony of Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya.

Naga Chaitanya can be seen in traditional pancha paired with kurta in the first photo from his wedding that has surfaced online. The actor can be seen accompanied by his father Nagarjuna, who can be seen standing beside him with a smile as the actor carries out wedding rituals.

Sobhita Dhulipala is looking regal in golden kanjivaram saree. The actress has complimented her divine look with heavy gold jewellery paired with white stones. She is also seen wearing alta and gajra. In her first photo, the actress can be seen joining her hands and carrying out the wedding rituals.

A few days before the wedding, Nagarjuna told Zoom, “We are hosting wedding at the Annapurna Studios, the family studio that my father built. We planned it as an intimate ceremony, but even by limiting the guest list, we expect quite a large attendance. We have a large family, so does Sobhita.” He said the couple will marry before ANR’s statue and take the legendary actor’s blessings before they start their new journey.

Post her engagement with Naga Chaitanya, the actress, who had a simple ceremony shared how she loves vibrancy. She told Galatta India, “It’s interesting how you look at photographs of some wedding, you could tell this is from here, it represents this particular culture, this must be their roots, or this jewellery is from this part, you could piece together a story of a heritage. It’s very beautiful. I am not a minimal type of person. I mean that could be a mood, or looks for some day, but I think for these occasions, which are ceremonial, I like full fervour.”

Ahead of Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya’s wedding, tight security has been put in place at the venue. In a new video, police can be seen outside the studio established by Naga Chaitanya’s grandfather and legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao. Celebrities like Mahesh Babu, SS Rajamouli, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan are expected to attend the wedding.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are all set to tie the knot at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad at 8:15 pm tonight. Videos of the decked up venue has surfaced online. The gate of the studio is decorated with yellow, orange and white flowers and lights. 

Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya shocked many after they announced their engagement on August 8. Post the ceremony, Sobhita in an interview with Galatta India, shared her desire to experience motherhood. She said, “I always wanted to feel the motherhood experience. I was very clear about it. I always saw myself getting married.”

In the latest promo of The Rana Daggubati Show, Naga Chaitanya can be seen sharing his vision of an ideal family. In the show, Rana can be seen asking Naga Chaitanya, “What’s your ideal family like?” To this, the actor replies, “Happily married, with a couple of kids.”

After Nayanthara released her documentary, sharing footage from her wedding with Vignesh Shivan, it was rumoured that Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala too have sold their wedding footage to an OTT platform for Rs 50 crore. However, a source refused the rumours. According to Times of India, the couple intends to keep their wedding private, celebrating with close family and friends at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad without any digital broadcasting.

According to reports, Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s wedding will last for approximately eight hours as the couple will incorporate several traditional customs, including age-old rituals that honour their Telugu heritage. The couple will tie the knot tonight at 8:15 pm.

A source told Times of India that the newly married couple will first visit a temple, following the traditional customs. They will most likely visit the Tirupati Balaji Temple or the Srisailam Temple.

Sobhita Dhulipala, who is all set to tie the knot with Naga Chaitanya at the Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad at 8:15 pm today, previously shared her idea about marriage. Speaking to Galatta India, the actress said, “For me, it’s humour… moments of lightness. That’s what binds it together.” The actress is known for her wittiness.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala first met at an OTT event. In an interview with Zoom, the to-be-groom, Naga Chaitanya shared his first meeting with Sobhita. He said, “I was in Mumbai for the launch of my OTT show, during that time, she did have a show with the same platform as well. We first interacted at the event hosted by the OTT platform.” He added, “Sobhita is a family girl and I am really looking forward to and excited for the wedding day.” Sobhita and Naga wedding will begin in a few hours.

Ahead of Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s wedding, actor Nagarjuna bought a luxury car worth Rs 2.5 crore. Reportedly, the veteran star bought the car as a wedding gift for his son and daughter-in-law.

For these ceremonies, the actress opted for traditional outfits paired with traditional gold jewellery. For her wedding, Sobhita will wear kanjivaram saree adorned with gold zari. Sobhita Dhulipala recently celebrated her Raata Sthaapana and Mangalasnaanam ceremony. This is the Telugu version of Haldi ceremony where a paste of turmeric, saffron, and sandalwood is applied to bride’s face and is given a holy bath. For this ceremony, Sobhita wore a mustard cotton saree in the traditional way. To complete her look, the actress wore traditional gold temple jewellery.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala will tied the knot in nearly 40 years old Annapurna Studios. Founded in 1976 by Naga’s grandfather Akkineni Nageswara Rao, the production house spans over 22-acre in Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills.
